Cooking Skill - Boiling an Egg

Leon - OK so we're at the very basics of cooking now, which is a good place for me, we're going to boil an egg.

Debbie - Yeah

Leon - And there's lots of ways that people say you should boil an egg what are we going for today?

Debbie - We're doing a pan of cold water and then on the heat, put the egg in and bring to the boil.

Leon - And then once it starts boiling that's when you start the clock. OK 3,2,1. Stop the clock!
