Leon - The standard potato and Debbie how are we going to go about peeling this?

Debbie - Right, first of all we take the potato and you need a good peeler, and you start peeling.

Leon - So you peel towards you?

Debbie - Yep peel towards you, being very careful not to catch your fingers.

Leon - Ok, so you pull the peeler towards you. Much easier than using a knife?
