Leon - OK the tomatoes are in the oven and we're about to move on to the yoghurt dressing, so . .
Debbie - That's right, so we have plain yoghurt, cucumber, spring onions and red pepper to go in.
Child - Yum, I love spring onions, they're so nice.
Child - Cucumber is nice and juicy as well.
Leon - Yeah so I guess we got to mix it all together?
Debbie - We have yeah, so I'll take the yoghurt, then do you want to pop the spring onion in for me and I will stir it, that's it, pop that in. Do you want to do the cucumber? I'll stir it, you pop the cucumber in. That's it tip it all in.
Leon - I'll keep these out the way.
Child - It's got a red pepper on the back.
Leon - Oh yeah look.
Debbie - Use your fingers, scrape it in.
Leon - That's it , hands are clean.
Debbie - That's it and do you want to do the red pepper? Can you reach? I'll give it a good mix up. Make sure it all goes in.
Child - It looks nice, it looks really nice.
Child - All those colours mixed together.
Leon - Thank you. So the final magic ingredient.
Debbie - It's lemon zest.
Child - It smells really strong.
Child - And lemony.
Leon - It definitely smells lemony, that's for sure.
Child - Why do you do it with the skin?
Debbie - It's just the zest that goes in and not the skin, the very top layer.
Leon - So just you see the yellow flakes, yeah? That's what goes in.
Child - It smells really nice.
Leon - Yeah.
Debbie - OK and I will give that a stir.
Leon - Does that look good?
Child - Yeah it looks really nice.
