Leon - Ok the final part is the Potato Rosti, how do we start with that?

Debbie
- So I have peeled the potato and now I am going to grate it, ready for cooking.

Leon
- So you are using the different side of the grater?

Debbie
- Yes, the larger side.

Leon
- It looks a bit like cheese doesn't it guys and girls.

Children
- Yeah it looks like cheese, it is the same colour.

Leon
- So where is it going to go from here? So once you have grated it what happens?

Debbie
- I am going to squeeze out all the water and then put it in the frying pan with a small amount of oil and cook it.

Leon
- Oh right.

Child
- How long will it take to cook it?

Debbie
- Not very long, about ten minutes.

Leon
- Wow.

Debbie
- Who is going to come with me to cook this?

Child
- Me!

Debbie
- Right, come on then. Ok here is the grated potato to make the Potato Rosti.

Leon
- So the pan is nice and hot.

Debbie
- Yes I am just going to pop this in.

Leon
- Listen to that eh.

Child
- It sizzles.

Leon
- So how long are you going to leave this in the pan for Debbie?

Debbie
- Well I am going to cook it one side and then turn it over until it is really brown both sides.

Leon
- Are you going to flip it like a pancake?

Debbie
- No.
