Celebrate Get Travelling Day with Bernard Matthews Foodservice

In support of Get Travelling Day Bernard Matthews Foodservice have developed a range of turkey recipes themed around the Get Travelling Day countries from Bollywood Turkey Curry to Mexican Mayhem Turkey Chilli.

All of the recipes developed for the day can be found at www.bernardmatthewsfoodservice.co.uk and can be used all year round along with many other great turkey recipes developed for schools. By switching to turkey in favourite recipes in place of beef, pork or lamb caterers can, on average, significantly reduced the saturated fat levels in the dish helping meet food and nutrient based standards whilst creating dishes which kids will love.
