Arnold Fewell, Managing Director of AVF Marketing, is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and the Institute of Hospitality. He is also working towards "Chartered Marketer" status with the CIM as he believes Continuing Professional Development is vital for any consultant. Arnold has helped many authorities increase meal numbers over the last 20 years. This started in North Yorkshire in 1985 when he increased meal numbers from 21% to 61% over three years. His most recent case study is with Cambridgeshire Catering and Cleaning Service (CCS). He has worked with Richard Ware and his team to increase meal numbers by over 6%. CCS was the winner of the Cost Sector Catering Marketing Award. AVF Marketing and CCS have also been shortlisted for the 2009 Group Marketing Catey.
