National School Meals Week (NSMW) is run by the Local Authority Caterers Association (LACA) and promotes healthy school meals. A school lunch helps young people recharge their batteries to be at their best for afternoon lessons. NSMW takes place 8 - 12th November 2010.
Increasing school meal numbers is always a challenge but NSMW is a great promotional vehicle to help you. Market research showed that in NSMW 2009 where there was an increase in meal numbers, the average was 7.8%.
